UIS handling and addressing complaints and appeals in timely manner according to its policies and procedures, a brief description of steps for both:
1- Addressing complaints:

– Customer open the UIS website to submit his complaint

– If UIS contact person can quickly resolve the customer complaint, he/she take the appropriate action provided that he/she is not involved in the complaint subject

– If the contact person can’t resolve, he/she directly submits it to the quality manager to take his actions according to UIS policies and procedures.

– Once resolved, customer shall be informed in timely manner.

– Contact person may ask the customer to submit his feedback for improvement issues.

2- Addressing Apeals:

– Customer open the UIS website to submit his appeals.

– UIS’ contact person submit the appeal directly to the Quality Manager

– UIS’ quality manager follows the UIS policies and procedures to address the appeal.

– General Manager shall be informed directly on the appeal description and action taken.

– According to UIS procedure, General Manager may have his input for addressing the submitted appeal 

– Once resolved, customer shall be informed in timely manner.

– Contact person may ask the customer to submit his feedback for improvement issues.
